Conditions for exhibitors:

1 m2 exhibition area (min. area is 4 m2): EUR 100,- +27 % VAT

Registration fee for exhibitor company representatives: 450 EUR

The registration fee includes VAT, welcome reception, lunch, coffee breaks, conference booklet. Conference dinner is not included.

Cancellation policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 05 June 2017. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
